FAQ
Can I reinstate a voluntarily dissolved LLC?
Generally no. Voluntary dissolution is permanent. You'd need to form a new LLC.
What if someone took my name?
You'd need to reinstate under a different name or form a new entity.
How long can I wait to reinstate?
No hard deadline, but accumulated fees grow and name availability risk increases over time.
